The new construction of a 38,000 S.F. Road works maintenance facility. The main building was constructed using exposed heavy timber. The building also features infloor radiant heating and large concrete foundation walls for salt and sand storage. A rainwater harvesting system was installed as well as preparatory components for geothermal heating and cooling systems and a future solar farm.
